Basil lemonade
A sparkling refreshment for hot summer days
Ingredients for 4 servings
1 L | sparkling mineral water |
100 to 120 ml | YO Fresh citrus mix |
Juice | of 1 lemon |
1 | lemon |
1 handful | of basil leaves |
8 to 10 | ice cubes |
Preparation
Wash and finely chop the basil. Add to a pitcher or large jug. Cut the lemons into slices and press out the lemon juice. Mix together the syrup, lemon juice, lemon slices, basil leaves and ice cubes. Top up with sparkling mineral water.
