Berries rum mocktail
Trendy, non-alcoholic drink for balmy summer nights
Ingredients for 10 servings
200 g | strawberries |
150 g | blueberries |
150 g | raspberries |
A handful | of blackberries |
500 ml | tonic water |
175 ml | YO syrup forest fruits |
1 tbsp | rum flavouring |
2 – 3 | rosemary twigs |
Juice | of 2 limes |
Preparation
Wash the fresh berries. Steep the fresh strawberries in the tonic water, YO forest fruit syrup and rum flavouring. Add rosemary and lime juice and leave in a cool place for approx. two hours. Top up with soda water and add a few ice cubes before serving.
You can also blend the ice to turn this mocktail into a slushy.
Or swap the tonic water for Prosecco and add a shot of rum (40%) for an alcoholic version.
