Berries rum mocktail

Ingredients for 10 servings

200 g strawberries

150 g blueberries

150 g raspberries

A handful of blackberries

500 ml tonic water

175 ml YO syrup forest fruits

1 tbsp rum flavouring

2 – 3 rosemary twigs

Juice of 2 limes

Preparation

Wash the fresh berries. Steep the fresh strawberries in the tonic water, YO forest fruit syrup and rum flavouring. Add rosemary and lime juice and leave in a cool place for approx. two hours. Top up with soda water and add a few ice cubes before serving.

Tip: You can also blend the ice to turn this mocktail into a slushy. Or swap the tonic water for Prosecco and add a shot of rum (40%) for an alcoholic version.
