Forest fruits lemonade

Ingredients for 4 servings

Juice of 5 lemons (= approx. 200 ml freshly pressed lemon juice)

750 ml water

2 – 3 star anise

3 cinnamon sticks

2 vanilla pods

115 ml YO syrup forest fruits

1 organic lemon 

Preparation

Halve and juice the lemons. Scrape out the vanilla pods. Heat up the lemon juice together with the water and spices. Cover and simmer at a low heat for approx. 10 minutes. Remove the spices and add the syrup. Cut one lemon into eighths and distribute between the glasses. Top up the glasses with ice cubes and pour over the winter lemonade.

Tip: This winter lemonade tastes great hot or cold – an absolute feel-good drink thanks to the warming spices.
