Fruit gummy bears

Ingredients

for about 100 pc

80 ml YO fruit syrup wild berries

40 ml water

1 tsp agar agar

optional 1 tsp cornflour

Preparation

Mix the YO Wild Berry fruit syrup with the water. Pour this mixture into a small pan and stir in the agar agar with a whisk until there are no lumps. Bring the mixture to the boil while stirring. Allow to boil for two to three minutes and then remove from the heat.

Now pour the mixture quickly into prepared silicone molds. You can use special molds for this or pour the fruit syrup mixture into a smooth mold and cut fruit gum cubes from it later.

As soon as the gummy bears have been poured in, place them in the freezer for another hour.

You can then easily remove the fruit gums from the silicone molds. If you are not eating the bears straight away, we recommend dusting them with a little cornflour. This way they won't stick together.

The gummy bears will keep for at least two weeks.

Tip: You can of course make the fruit jelly babies from any YO fruit syrup. How about orange bears or lemon bears - and if you want sugar-free snacking, you can also make them with sugar-free syrups.
