Honey-raspberry lemonade

Ingredients for 8 - 10 servings

1 l mineral water (sparkling)

750 ml Prosecco

1 handful of mint (fresh)

Juice of 3 lemons (depending on size)

1 tbsp honey

100 ml YO raspberry fruit syrup

Fresh raspberries

Ice cubes

Preparation

Combine the mineral water with the raspberry syrup, lemon juice and honey and stir well until the honey has dissolved fully. Leave in the fridge for several hours. Pour into a pitcher. Add ice cubes, fresh mint leaves and fresh raspberries. Top up with Prosecco and enjoy ice-cold.

Tip: For a non-alcoholic version, prepare the lemonade without the Prosecco or use bitter lemon instead.
