Iced mango-citrus lemonade

Deliciously thick and fruity refreshment for hot days

Ingredients for 4 servings


ripe mango


of 2 lemons

6 tbsp

YO Fresh citrus mix

10 - 12

ice cubes

Approx. 500 ml

sparkling mineral water (ice-cold)


Peel and roughly chop the mango. Juice the lemons. Add the YO Fresh citrus mix, mango pieces and ice cubes to a blender. Mix everything into a smooth fruit purée. Pour half of the fruit purée into the glasses, top up with sparkling, chilled mineral water and enjoy ice-cold immediately.
