Lemon fizz
Summery Prosecco drink with basil and lemon
Ingredients for 4 servings
1 | handful of fresh basil leaves |
Juice | of 1 large lemon |
1 | lemon (cut into slices) |
1 L | Prosecco (demi-sec or dry) |
60 - 80 ml | YO Fresh citrus mix (according to taste) |
Plenty | of ice cubs |
Preparation
Wash and roughly chop the basil. Juice one lemon and cut the other into slices. Combine the chopped basil, lemon juice, lemon slices and YO Fresh citrus mix with lots of ice cubes in a pitcher. Top up with Prosecco and enjoy.
Tip
If you prefer a lighter version, simply top up with sparkling mineral water.
