Lemon fizz
Summery Prosecco drink with basil and lemon
Ingredients for 4 servings
1 | handful of fresh basil leaves |
Juice | of 1 large lemon |
1 | lemon (cut into slices) |
1 L | Prosecco (demi-sec or dry) |
60 - 80 ml | YO Fresh lemon-melissa-mint (according to taste) |
Plenty | of ice cubes |
Preparation
Wash and roughly chop the basil. Juice one lemon and cut the other into slices. Combine the chopped basil, lemon juice, lemon slices and YO Fresh lemon-melissa-mint with lots of ice cubes in a pitcher. Top up with Prosecco and enjoy.
Tip
If you prefer a lighter version, simply top up with sparkling mineral water.
