Lemon fizz

Ingredients for 4 servings

1 handful of fresh basil leaves

Juice of 1 large lemon

1 lemon (cut into slices)

1 L Prosecco (demi-sec or dry)

60 – 80 ml YO Lemon lemonbalm mint

Plenty of ice cubes

Preparation

Wash and roughly chop the basil. Juice one lemon and cut the other into slices. Combine the chopped basil, lemon juice, lemon slices and YO Fresh lemon-melissa-mint with lots of ice cubes in a pitcher. Top up with Prosecco and enjoy.

Tip: If you prefer a lighter version, simply top up with sparkling mineral water.
