Moroccan sangria
Refreshingly fruity with a whiff of the orient
Ingredients for 4 servings
60 ml | YO strawberry fruit syrup |
500 ml | white wine |
100 ml | vodka |
150 g | strawberries |
200 g | grapes |
1 | organic lime |
1 | handful of fresh mint |
Preparation
Wash the strawberries and grapes, halve or quarter them and combine them with the syrup, white wine and vodka in a jug. Wash the organic lime with hot water, zest it and juice half the lime. Add the zest and juice to the jug. Cut the second half of the lime into slices. Put the sangria in the fridge for a short while. Pour into two glasses and serve decorated with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.
