Peach lemonade
When life gives us lemons, we make peach lemonade
Ingredients for 6 - 8 servings
8 | peaches |
750 ml | water |
Juice | of 1 lemon |
200 ml | YO Fresh lemon-melissa-mint |
Lots | of ice (to serve) |
A few | mint twigs |
Preparation
Wash, halve and stone the peaches. Then cut into cubes. Combine with the water and bring to the boil until the pulp has turned soft. Set aside, cover and refrigerate for several hours. Then push the mixture through a fine sieve. Top up the peach lemonade with the syrup. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour over the syrup and one litre of mineral water. Serve with a few mint twigs.

For the alcohol-free version, prepare the lemonade without the prosecco instead with bitter lemon.
