Rose-elderflower drink
Fragrant flowers combined with a sparkling drink
Ingredients for 12 - 14 servings
approx. 450 ml | Lillet Blanc or rosé |
1 L | pink Prosecco or rosé wine |
750 ml | sparkling mineral water |
2 | Lemons |
2 | limes |
100 ml | YO raspberry fruit syrup |
3 – 4 tbsp | organic rose leaves |
125 – 130 ml | YO elderflower syrup |
Preparation
Cut open the lemons and limes. Combine the Lillet with the YO elderflower syrup and the wine/Prosecco. Add a few organic rose leaves or citrus fruit. Leave to soak in the fridge for several hours. Top up with sparkling mineral water, serve with plenty of ice cubes and enjoy ice-cold.

For a lighter version, simply leave out the Lillet.
