Elderflower-basil pre-mix:
3 cl YO elderflower
Freshly pressed juice of ¼ lemon
10 fresh basil leaves
Home-made YO basil lemonade:
3 cl YO elderflower-basil pre-mix
Soda water
Alcoholic basil Hugo:
8 cl Prosecco
2 cl YO elderflower-basil pre-mix
6 cl soda water
Preparation
To make the elderflower-basil pre-mix, combine YO elderflower, freshly pressed lemon juice and fresh basil and push through a fine sieve.
Top up with soda water and enjoy your home-made YO basil lemonade. Create a sparkling basil Hugo by adding Prosecco.
