200 g cherries (stones removed) & frozen
1 tsp juice, freshly pressed
3 tbsp YO cherry fruit syrup
Approx. 15 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until you have the typical, half-frozen “slushy” consistency.
Hardly any other fruit is associated with summer as much as cherry. Its full-bodied aroma spreads a sweet lightness, especially for those with a sweet tooth. But YO cherry fruit syrup is not just loved by children – its intensely fruity taste also appeals to adults. This enthusiasm goes back to the Romans, who brought the cherry to the rest of Europe. YO fruit tip: The non-alcoholic Cherry Kiss will awaken even more summer feelings: Pour 6 cl YO cherry fruit syrup, 5 cl pineapple juice, 3 cl lemon juice, 3 cl water and a handful of crushed ice cubes into a shaker and shake well. Half a slice of pineapple and a cocktail cherry will turn this mocktail into a real eyecatcher.
