
2 cl YO Pink Paradise without sugar
5 cl mezcal/tequila (San Cosme/Casamigos Blanco)
3 cl lime juice
2 drops of Salt Solution
Yoghurt espuma
Garnish:
3 to 4 drops Pink Paradise optional dried dragon fruit
Place ice cubes in a glass. Place the ice cubes, YO No Sugar Pink Paradise Syrup, mezcal/tequila, lime juice and Drops Salt Solution in a shaker and shake well. Pour into the glass over a sieve. Now whip up the yoghurt espuma with a whisk and spray onto the cocktail. Round off with a few drops of Pink Paradise syrup and a (dried) slice of dragon fruit.
