Cloudy Paradise

Ingredients for 1 glass

• 2 cl YO Pink Paradise without sugar

• 5 cl mezcal/tequila (San Cosme/Casamigos Blanco)

• 3 cl lime juice

• 2 drops of Salt Solution

• Yoghurt espuma

Garnish:

• 3 to 4 drops Pink Paradise optional dried dragon fruit

Preparation

For your Cloudy Paradise Cocktail, place ice cubes in a glass. Place the ice cubes, YO No Sugar Pink Paradise Syrup, mezcal/tequila, lime juice and Drops Salt Solution in a shaker and shake well. Pour into the glass over a sieve. Now whip up the yoghurt espuma with a whisk and spray onto the cocktail. Round off with a few drops of Pink Paradise syrup and a (dried) slice of dragon fruit.
