
2 lemons
100 ml YO Sugarfree Syrup Elderflower
1 small bunch of mint
400 g ice cubes
800 ml soda (alternative mineral water)
Slice one lemon, squeeze the other. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop coarsely. Mix the lemon slices and lemon juice, mint and YO Ohne Zucker Elderflower Syrup and chill in the fridge for about 1-2 hours. Fill up with ice cubes and soda in a large carafe and serve immediately chilled.
Tip:Mint has a cooling effect on hot summer days.
